1. Acceptance of Terms

By using YoureHyred, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

YoureHyred provides an AI-powered resume building platform. Features vary by subscription tier. Free tier includes basic features. Pro and Business tiers unlock additional capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account security. You must be 16+ to use this service. One account per user unless on a Business plan.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the AI features for spam, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

YoureHyred provides resume building tools but does not guarantee job placement. We are not liable for hiring outcomes or third-party ATS interpretation of generated resumes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact legal@yourehyred.com with questions.
